現状　年に1度の割合で　ドメイン管理者アドレス宛　に登録内容の確認連絡メールが自動送信されます。

具体的には、

Important Notice Regarding Your Domain Name(s) というようなタイトルの英文メールは、
非定期に送信されるドメイン登録情報の確認メールです、
ドメイン登録情報として、「偽情報は不可」という国際規則がありますので、その確認のために送信してくるわけです。
＝本人確認が取れない登録内容で行われているドメイン登録の場合、

ドメイン登録自体が取り消しになることがありますので 充分注意してください。

実際、取り消しにされているケースもあります。

なお、この確認用英文メールについては、
現在のドメイン登録情報に問題がなければ、特に何もしなくていいです。

補足１
ドメインによって、毎年くる場合もあるし、忘れたことにくることもあります。
その時点でドメインに登録されている管理者アドレス宛に届きます。

＝ドメイン屋ねっと名義で登録しているドメインの場合、弊社に届いています。

ドメインの登録情報は正確にして下さい。

ドメインの登録情報は正確にしておかないと、
ドメイン登録取り消し対象になりますので、ご注意下さい。

ドメイン登録をめぐっては、WHOISの登録者情報を偽るケースが後を断たないことからICANNは、
不正登録についての通報を受け付ける「Whois Data Problem Report System」（WDPRS）を導入。
このシステムを通じて寄せられた情報から、月平均75件の警告書を送り、規定に違反するドメインの凍結やWebサイトの削除を行っている。

自動送信される登録内容確認用英文メールの標準書式は次の通り。
